In her teaching she aims to help debunk myths and stigmas surrounding fitness, to teach you to listen to your own body, and to use those skills to make wellness habits feel like second nature, not like a chore

  • I am a born and raised Lubbock guy! I own JD Harvey Designs and Party Animal here in town. I am all about the business of celebrating! JD Harvey Designs specializes in balloon and event design and Party Animal is Lubbock's first party supply, paper goods, and home & gift store. When I am not running my businesses I volunteer my time to non-profits and spend time with my pups, friends, and family.

I am the Vice President of the Metroplex chapter of Concerns Of Police Survivors (C.O.P.S). My father was killed in the line of duty in April of 2009, and C.O.P.S. is an organization that "rebuilds shattered lives" by working alongside fallen officers families. We help these families through their darkest time, as we have been in their shoes before.

I also love to spend time out in our community. Lubbock is an amazing city, full of amazing people. I served on the Lubbock Cattle Baron's Ball Committee this year, and I am ALL about shopping local. You will often find me at local boutiques buying gifts for friends and family.
